Laboratory Services

Laboratory tests are crucial in the diagnosis and treatment of your condition. The Laboratory Department at St. Joseph's’s offers a full service laboratory that operates 24 hours a day 7 seven days a week. They are accredited by the College of American Pathologists and perform over 100,000 tests a year. Led by Pathologist, Dr. Simin Kovacs, the medical technologists, histo-tech, phlebotomists and support staff are available to interpret lab test results to give you the most accurate diagnosis possible. The lab is committed to protecting the health of the people they serve throughout the region.
