Dr. James Williams specializes in ear, nose and throat conditions, including surgery for head and neck disorders. His additional interests are craniofacial reconstruction, and cleft lip and palate repair. He also served as a physician consultant and as assistant head of the Department of Otolaryngology at the U. S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan. Dr. Williams received his B. S. Degree in biology and zoology from Northeastern State University. He received a Master of Arts degree in developmental genetics and a Ph. D. in developmental biology from the University of California prior to entering medical school. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed a general surgery internship and an Otolaryngology head and neck surgery residency at the University of Iowa hospitals and clinics.
