Beginnings”
Babykind, at St. Joseph's Hospital and Health Center, promotes
a style of care in which your baby can be with you in your room
as much as you like . Babykind believes in a caring teaching-focused
program with 1 on 1 instruction, newborn classes and an extensive
video library. They encourage the entire family to participate
in the care of the baby with hands on demonstrations. The staff
at Babykind are experienced and committed to the health and comfort
for you and your new baby.
They also offer:

Diabetes Testing, Education & Information
- Lamaze
- Financial
Awareness Program (the cost of having a baby)
- Prenatal Classes (offered by Southwestern District Health
Unit)
- Postpartum Visits

Key
Infant Development Services
The K.I.D.S. Program associated with St. Joseph's Hospital
and Health Center and in conjunction with Badlands Human Service
Center is a home-based early intervention program for eligible
families of children between the ages of birth and 36 months
who are experiencing delays in their development. A referral
can come from anyone who has a concerned about the development
of a child. The program serves Southwest North Dakota and includes
the counties of Adams, Dunn, Bowman, Billings, Hettinger, Golden
