Home Health
Home Health provides intermittent and short-term services for patients who need skilled care but do not require hospitalization or nursing home placement. Home Health is JCAHO Accredited, Medicare Certified and Licensed by the State of North Dakota.
 

We help Home Health patients remain in their homes by providing the following skilled care:
Certified Nurses Aide Dietary Consultation IV Therapy Maternity Follow-Up Medication Management Nursing Occupational Therapy	Pharmaceutical Consultation Physical Therapy Social Support Services Speech Therapy Respiratory Consultation Wound/Enterostomal Care
Heartland Hospice Heartland Hospice provides healthcare, education and support to terminally ill clients, their families and caregivers. The program advocates home care with pain management and symptom control, which enables the patient to remain alert, pain free and as active as they can within the limitations of their disease. Heartland Hospice is JCAHO Accredited, Medicare Certified and Licensed by the State of North Dakota. Hospice care is provided by an interdisciplinary group consisting of: Certified Nurses' Aides Hospice Medical Director Pharmacy Physicians Registered Nurses Social Workers Spiritual Care Staff Volunteers
