Regional Dialysis Unit

The St. Joseph’s Regional Dialysis Unit was opened in January 1988 as a satellite unit of St. Alexius Regional Renal Systems. The mission of the regional unit is to improve the quality of life for persons with ERSD, provide safe, high quality hemodialysis and reuse, monitor the effectiveness of our treatments and live out the values of Reverence, Integrity, Compassion and Excellence in all our actions. The unit is open 6 days per week, Monday through Saturday.  Hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. We provide chronic in-center hemodialysis for adolescent and adult patients with End Stage Renal Disease.  The unit features 7 Cobe Century III machines.  Preprocessing of dialyzers reuse is performed with the Renatron system.
