Stephanie Franken
Chief Financial Officer

Stephanie was born and raised in Benton City, Washington. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington and after a one month hiatus started as the Financial Analyst for St Anthony Hospital in Pendleton, Oregon. After working for St Anthony for six years she further advanced her education by attaining a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Phoenix.

Shortly after graduation she was promoted to Controller. Her professional accomplishments include the stability of working for St. Anthony Hospital (A CHI affiliate) for thirteen years, two major software upgrades, including CHI Connect in 2008. Stephanie is also active in Healthcare Financial Managers Association (HFMA) and enjoys learning more about Critical Access Hospital and Rural Healthcare rules and regulations.

Stephanie is married to Josh and they have one son, Jadon. She balances her professional career and family by engaging in local activities, shopping and cooking with her husband and son. When not working she enjoys going to the movies and spending time with her family and their dog Lucky.

Stephanie’s core values are based upon a solid foundation of commitment, hard work, cooperation and empowerment. Her beliefs are deeply rooted in family values and loyalty. She has an open door policy and is excited for the opportunity in Dickinson to roll up her sleeves and help wherever needed, both in the hospital and the community.
